The owner carries out the activity as a natural person and is not registered in the Companies Register. The activity does not require prior administrative authorisation or membership of a professional body.

2. Purpose

Repoo is an online service that helps businesses manage the reviews on their Google profiles: it shows them in a dashboard, prepares draft replies using artificial intelligence and lets the user publish them once reviewed. The conditions for using the service are set out in the Terms and conditions.

3. Conditions of use of the site

Accessing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The user undertakes to make proper use of the content and services, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities that may harm the site, its owner or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, texts, logos and the Repoo brand belong to kinki.dev or are used with permission. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without express permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use. Google, Google Business Profile and their logos are trademarks of Google LLC; Repoo is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.

5. Liability

The owner works to keep the site running properly and the information accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. The owner is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site by the user, or for the content of linked third-party sites, over which it has no control.

6. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, unless the applicable rules establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
